1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LionAbiola Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.
2. Services
LionAbiola Technologies provides digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, SEO optimization, digital marketing, and brand identity design. The scope, pricing, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services, the client retains ownership of the final deliverables. LionAbiola Technologies retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All source code, design files, and assets remain the property of the client after full payment, unless otherwise specified.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and accurate information required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work at each milestone.
5. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified.
6. Revisions and Modifications
Our packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes after project commencement may require a revised quotation.
7. Limitation of Liability
LionAbiola Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or mediation.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
